Papers of Dr. Hubertis M. Cummings, historian and author, authority on Pennsylvania's canals, and at various times in the years prior to his death in 1963 a research historian with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and the Bureau Land Records, Department of Internal Affairs.The collection includes manuscripts and/or printed versions of the following:
