Ira J. Stouffer was a professional photographer from Altoona, Pennsylvania who
was active about 1910. The collection consists of photographic postcards of historic
structures in Blair, Cambria, Centre, Dauphin, Franklin and Huntingdon counties,
including views of abandoned canals, grist mills, houses, iron furnaces, potteries,
the Allegheny Portage Railroad, and others.
