Papers, 10 items, pertaining to the settlement of the estate of Simon Gratz (d. 1856), a Philadelphia lawyer and Pennsylvania Legislator. Among the papers are a balance sheet estimating the estate's value, 1856; and agreement between Gratz and others, concerning the division of the estate; and a letter from John Roberts, Harrisburg, to Edward Gratz, concerning a log house sold by Daniel Gratz to Major Buffington, 1880.
