largely based at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania that worked with the Pennsylvania
Department of Education to advocate for the creation of internet education programs
for school teachers and librarians. The types of materials present are financial
records, minutes, by laws, membership lists, original grants, reports, and newsletters.
As of October 2009, this collection remains unprocessed.
