Reports, correspondence, and accounts of Thomas Forster (b. 1762, d. 1830), agent of Erie County for the Harrisburg and Presque Isle Land Company, collector for the Port of Erie from 1799 to 1830, and government agent for the construction of the breakwater in Erie harbor. Included is a report by Forster to the directors of the Harrisburg and Presque Isle Land Company, September 10, 1800, and 6 letters to Forster from Robert Harris (b. 1768, d. 1851), son of John Harris, 1809-10, 1823-24.
