Records of the Membership Secretary, PASSAR which consist of: a membership notebook "Members in the Second World War," ca. 1941-1961 and two series of membership files. The notebook is divided into sections labeled as follows: World war award medals, supplemental, transfer, deaths, intrastate, dropped, resignations, suspensions, reinstated, life members, and dues remitted with full names of the members in each section according to the status and division.

Included in the photstat documents are a facsimile of the American Declaration of Independence; a Declaration of a Freeman by Roderic Marble Olzendon; Hampshire County Public Claim Papers; a membership certificate from the Society of the Cincinatti [a heritary society founded in 1783 by officers of the War of the American Revolution]; a muster roll of Captain Hoofnagle's Company, in the First Battalion of Militia commanded by Colonel George Ross, Lancaster, July 6, 1776; Revolutionary papers from the Gentlemen Committee of Safety, December 29,1775; and a letter Regarding Territory Dispute between the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Virginia with Signature Pages.
