chronologically by date of registration.
This register is a record of children born to slaves in Adams County between
the years 1800 and 1820. Information provided for each child includes name,
occupation, and place of residence of the slave owner; name, date of birth,
and gender of the child; whether negro or mulatto; and the date registered.
