Green Burials
Green Burials are a new burial option for those who wish to preserve the environmentally sustainable earth. At green cemeteries, only biodegradable wooden caskets are permitted, and bodies can be embalmed only with non-toxic embalming fluids to let nature do its work naturally. Guidelines for this type of burial have been recently established.
Monuments are not traditionally used.
