Below are links to the scanned pages of the Old Rights Index of warrants and surveys for pre-1733 Bucks and Chester counties. These Old Rights registers serve as the warrant registers for the period 1682-1732, and research for this time period should begin with these or the Patent Indexes. The index is divided into two sections, links to which appear below:

Entries for both counties are grouped alphabetically by the surname that appears on each document and then arranged consecutively by entry number under each letter. Present information includes: the number of the entry, the type of document from which the information was taken (warrant, return, draft, or re-survey), name of individual, number of acres, date of the document, and the volume, book, and page number of the survey book in which the document was entered.
